What an exciting and busy term this has been!  Highlights have included our Edu-Dance, Sports competitions, our fantastic results in the Have Sum Fun competition, the Lighthorse Battalion visit, receiving a $60 000 Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Grant, our cooking and gardening lessons, the Smith Family Reading program, Mathletics, the School Readiness Program, Harmony Week, Student Leadership Conference, $150 000 received through an election commitment to upgrade our network, the stimulus package providing us with an opportunity to apply for a new assembly and multipurpose building and a new library and the list goes.

Welcome back to our returning students and families and a warm welcome to our new students and families!  I hope you all had a restful and enjoyable holiday.  We have some great things happening at East Maddington Primary School in 2009.
